Teachers Assistant

**Position Title**: Hindi and English Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans for both Hindi and English that align with the curriculum standards.
- Teach students the fundamentals of the Hindi and English languages, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and oral communication.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment to enhance learning.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, quizzes, exams, and classroom participation.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their language skills.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Foster a love for reading, writing, and language learning in students.
- Help students with exam preparation, homework assignments, and projects.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall academic growth of students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Hindi, English, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in both Hindi and English will prefered.
- Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English, with the ability to teach and communicate effectively in both languages.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to motivate students.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
