KEY RESPONSIBILTIES ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE HOD: Accounts & Finance  Following up with team members.  Verification of all payments of contractors - RA Bills, Purchase & Expense Bill.  Preparation of Quarterly & Yearly Financials.  Follow up with financial Institutions to avail sanction and disbursement and regular compliances.  Planning & Managing Funds for weekly vendor payments & monthly/quarterly EMI Payments.  Follow up with customers & financial Institutions for Collection  Follow up with financial Institutions for loan disbursement.  Provide details for financial Institutions as when required. MIS & Budgeting  Work with department managers on budgets and forecasts, including ongoing monitoring of performance and ad-hoc analyses related to their function.  Prepare quarterly basis provisional cash flow statements for the management.  Compare provisional cash flow statements with actual expenses and identify variances, If any  Preparing various MIS as required by the management. Taxation  Compliance of various statutory laws such as Income tax , GST/TDS/PT/ESIC/PF  Calculate advance tax liability as per revised guidance note issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  Handling Income Tax scrutiny case assessments, Commissioner Appeal and search case and appear/support Tax Consultants for the same.  Handling various Compliances: Annual return filing, extension of AGM.  Calculation of individual Employee TDS, verification of Salary, verifying payments of PF, ESIC and PT related to salary payments.  RERA compliance Pay: ₹8,844.67 - ₹70,538.99 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Work Location: In person
