Housekeeping Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations in production, warehouse, office, and common areas.
- Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards specific to FMCG operations (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff; manage rosters, shifts, and coverage for absences.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols.
- Ensure proper usage and inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and workplace safety.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate with pest control and waste management vendors as required.
- Maintain documentation for cleaning schedules, audit reports, and incident logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Hospitality Management, or Facility Management.
- Additional training in **Industrial Hygiene**, **Workplace Safety**, or **Sanitation Practices** is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG, food, beverages, or pharma.
- **Knowledge of**:

- Cleaning techniques and equipment
- GMP, HACCP, and other hygiene standards
- Health and safety regulations in industrial settings

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
