Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
❖ Design, develop and implement solutions to automate and streamline backoffice processes

❖ Improve operational efficiency, accuracy and scalability

❖ Integrate new solutions with existing framework, databases and APIs to bring process improvements

❖ Analyze business requirements with key stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and propose innovative technological solutions

❖ Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guidelines

❖ Create end-to-end testing and deployment processes and provide post-implementation support

❖ Follow the best practices of coding, to maintain high quality deliverables and data integrity
