- Maintain **95%+ accuracy** and ensure **compliance with regulations**.
- Meet **client SLA requirements** while staying adaptive and hands-on for additional support.

**What We Expect**:
✔ **Certification (CPC, CRC, CCS, etc.)** - Mandatory
