PLC Programmer

**Job Title**: PLC Programmer - Automation & Control (Filter Press Systems)

**Experience**: Fresher - up to 1 year (Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop PLC logic for automation of filter press operations (plate shifting, cake discharge, pump control, etc.)
- Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems (preferably Siemens, Delta, or Allen-Bradley).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Interface PLCs with HMIs, sensors, solenoid valves, limit switches, and pneumatic components.
- Support installation, commissioning, and on-site debugging of automation systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical design teams to develop customized control panels.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, etc.)
- Familiarity with industrial automation components (sensors, actuators, relays, drives).
- Understanding of electrical diagrams and panel wiring.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to real-world machine control systems.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics.
- Knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems is a plus (any training or certification preferred).
