- You will function as a SPOC for procurement operations and liaise with client and internal support teams._
- You will manage a team of 5-10 FTE and run operations efficiently, develop a winning strategy, day to day supervision of the service delivery function and the implementation of innovative solutions to continually improve the operations and service delivery. Your role will function as an overlay of technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined solution leadership s_
- Responsibilities_
- _Act as key point of contact in collaborating with external and internal partners_
- _Leadership, Supervision, training of the Procurement Function, Identify Process Defects, improve TAT and enhance SLA’s_
- _Measure the team's efficiency, Generate Lean / process improvement ideas, Complaints or issue handling, and Responsible for HR Metrics_
- _MIS or Reporting in Excel / reporting tool_
- Production:_
- _Supporting Global Procurement teams with a wide variety of operational procurement activities_
- _Provide all operational support to the Strategic Sourcing teams_
- _Collect, prepare and provide analysis and reports on category specific data to facilitate the accurate Strategic decisions_
- _Support the Category Teams with all operational elements of Strategy developments e.g. Opportunity Assessment preparation and outputs_
- _Use Category and system knowledge to set up the content for negotiations i.e. RFQ, e-auction_
- _Supporting the Category leaders in the contract Management cycle_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _University Graduate_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Operational Lead experience_
- _Exposure to sourcing or procurement operations_
- Crucial Skills / Proficiencies_
- _Good verbal, written communication skills and Reasonable presentation skills_
- _Knowledge and experience in analysis & reporting, experience on SAP / SAP-SRM / MS Office (Excel and Word) / any workflow tool_
- _knowledge on other ERPs like ARIBA, ZYCUS_
