**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Mentor learners in **Data Science, Business Analytics, and related tools/technologies**.
- Conduct live classes, workshops, on to one doubt-clearing sessions and WhatsApp support.
- Provide project guidance and feedback to ensure hands-on learning.
- Share practical insights from industry experience, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
- Support learners with career-oriented guidance (resume building, interview prep, etc.).
- Provide personalized guidance on **capstone projects and case studies**.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to **curriculum development** to align with industry needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications;**
- **3+ years of industry experience** in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of:

- **Python, R, SQL**:

- **Data Visualization** (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- **Statistics, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning**:

- **Business Analytics techniques** (forecasting, optimization, dashboards, KPIs)
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable **business insights**.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

**Preferred Skills;**
- Experience with **Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)**.
- Familiarity with **Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark)**.
- Prior mentoring, teaching, or corporate training experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
