Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable invoices and payments.
- Verify invoice accuracy and proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare electronic payments and checks.
- Maintain accurate and organized vendor files.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
