**Job Requirements**
- Lead a team providing document management, cost management, project risk management and regular performance reporting services for onshore renewables projects.
- Define and implement a roadmap for the development and maturation of project controls capability.
- Lead the development and implementation of appropriate procedures, practices and quality assurance measures to ensure high quality and consistent outputs from the team.
- Act as the key project controls point of contact for key stakeholders including other members of the onshore renewables team and other bp functions while ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Integrate project schedule, cost, scope, change and risk data to provide a full picture of project status and provide analysis and interpretation of the data contained to support prompt decision making.
- Support ad-hoc requests as necessary that require project controls support.
- Set individuals' objectives, review performance, undertake appraisals, provide ongoing formal and informal feedback, and ensure all staff know what they must achieve and how they're performing against their objectives.

**Work Experience
**1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls within the renewable sector.** **2. Experience in implementing and managing project control systems for large-scale renewable projects.** **3. Understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices in renewables sector** **4.** **Working knowledge of schedule management, cost management and risk management practices.** **5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.** **2. Strong leadership skills** **3. Communication & interpersonal Skills** **4.** **Comfortable working horizontally across business areas and vertically to senior levels of management, providing specialist advice as required.** **5. Stakeholder management skills

**Required Education & Certification**

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Project controls or project management qualification from APM, PMI or similar accrediting bodies
