Position: Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Juhu, Andheri
- West, **( pick up and drop from Andheri station and VISA Versa)**

Purpose of the position

The role of an FP&A Manager is to implement, develop, and provide commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data-driven insights to aid decision-making.

Dimensions of the role: I work closely with the promoter and CFO to generate various reports.

**The position will report to the CFO /MD**

**Responsibilities & duties**:
Responsibilities will include leading the team to achieve the following. The responsibilities will include but not limited to the below
- Developing, coordinating, and reporting budgets and forecasts for business units.
- Monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Product, Customer and Segment margins and performance
- Business Unit performance
- Reporting of Revenue by Product, Segments, Brands etc
- Provide senior management with budgets and periodic forecasts, including the Profit and loss (income statement)
- Operating performance for the upcoming quarter and year
- Run annual budgets and forecasts, including the roll-out of regular reforecasting cycles and processes;
- Prepare ad-hoc management financial reports as required;
- Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified;
- Market Research and competitors analysis.
- Foreign Business Unit compliances
- Receivables and Payables Control

Qualifications and experience:
Graduate

**PG/CFA/CA/Semi Qualified
- ( Inter CA)/MBA**

5 to 8 years of experience ( Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred)

Competencies

Accounting softwares, excel and ERP knowledge and experience

CTC - open for right canddiate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
