Position: Chat Process Executive

Industry: BPO

Work Location: Work from home (WFH) provided

**Salary**: 18,000 - 25,000 per month

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators
- Continuously update job knowledge and skills

**Qualifications**:

- 12th pass or higher education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer and internet usage
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with good internet connection
