Greetings

**Role**: Digital Marketing
**Experience**: Freshers
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
**Location**: Chennai, Coimbatore
**Key Skills: SEO, SMM, Video Editing, Camera Handling**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Social Media Management**: Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage the audience and promote the brand.
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and rank higher on search engines. Handle search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic.
- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating digital content including blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
- **PPC Campaigns**: Plan and manage pay-per-click campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase online presence and ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Market Research**: Assist in identifying trends and insights that could improve marketing strategies.
- **Brand Development**: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for brand growth across digital channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative digital campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and software (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
