**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**

Handle processes across all related to EPT (VCU, BMS, OCDC, Motor, MCU) including Battery Box
1. To provide technical assistance to the Field Tekliners & COTEK in resolving complex customer concerns through understanding and analysis of the problems, and coming to a resolution.
2. Liaison with engineering and plant quality team to provide fix for diagnostic issues.
3. Provide feedback to engineering to improve the diagnostic methods.
4. To assist the improvement of technical training effectiveness through on the job evaluations, to improve the performance.
5. Become instrumental in creating quick diagnostic methods, based on the field resolutions of concerns.

**Experience**
- 7 to 10 years

**Industry Preferred**
- EV & Auto

**Qualifications**
- BE / B. Tech - Mechanical / Automobiles

**General Requirements**
- Expert knowledge in automobile systems and Vehicle Diagnostics
Strong Analytical Skills to analyse the data and provide quick fix
Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritisation, Good Communication skills (written and spoken) Hand holding and capability building
