**Job brief**

**In your role as a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and creative graphics including illustrations, layouts, social media posts, creatives, and other marketing assets.**

**The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.**
**Responsibilities**
- Make social media posts for appinventiv
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and executives to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in visual designing or similar.
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio
- A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
- Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
- Awareness of current trends in business, design and technology.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus

- Motion/animation skills
- UI/UX Exposure
- Photography/art direction skills
- Experience working in 3D

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
