**Assistant to the Chief Business Operation / Chief Regulatory Officer**
- Mumbai- CS- up to 30 years**Qualification & Experience**:
- Post-Graduation or Management professional and Preferably Secretarial course
- 7-8 years in similar role in a BFSI company
- To have a good knowledge on the working with Microsoft Presentation, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Supporting the CBO’s/ CRO’ Office as directed to ensure that administrative tasks and operations run efficiently
- Working closely with the HOD and helping them conduct meetings with stakeholders for the HOD, keeping each document and PPT for the HOD.
- Responsible for daily interaction and management of communication with the assigned executive's/team member's direct reports.
- Prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes.
- Conducts research, compiles analyses and summarizes information for reports and correspondences
- May serve as a support team lead, assigning activities to other colleagues and checking completion
- Displays ability to appropriately interact with leaders during occasional interactions inside and outside the organization. May participate in ad-hoc special projects or administrative initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management, with the capability to guide, educate and influence the thinking of senior decision makers
- Manage communication between upper management and employees and follow it up by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
