**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:

- Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Persuade and negotiate to close sales or achieve targets.

**Inbound Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers or clients.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Process orders, manage returns, and handle complaints.

**Data Entry and Management**:

- Record and update customer information and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Analyze call metrics and prepare reports as needed.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Intermediate or Graduate in any stream
- **Experience**: Min One year experience in UK international sales process

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Neutral/UK accent
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UK internatonal Sales Process: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
