SYMETRIX INNOVATION is a **Sheet Metal Fabrication** company specializing in **Medium Voltage (MV) Solutions**, with a focus on **switchgear offerings ranging from 3.3kV to 40kV**, supporting high current ratings up to **4000A**. Our switchgears incorporate **Vacuum Circuit Breakers and advanced relays**, ensuring **safety, reliability, and efficiency** in power distribution.

We are expanding into the **Electrical Division** for these products and are seeking a skilled **Electrician - Medium Voltage Switchgear** to join our team.

**Role Overview**

**1. Key Responsibilities1. Electrical Installation & Automation**
- **Install, wire, configure, and test** PLC panels, industrial control systems, and electrical circuits.
- **Set up and maintain** electrical systems for industrial machinery and automation processes.
- **Conduct on-site electrical installations**, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications.
- **Troubleshoot electrical system issues**, including faults in switchgears, transformers, and control panels.
- **Perform maintenance and repairs** on electrical control equipment such as circuit breakers, cables, generators, and motors.
- **Execute emergency cutouts** using switchgear in case of breakdowns or repairs.
- **Monitor power distribution switchboards** and interpret instrument readings for system efficiency.
- **Ensure compliance with safety protocols** while working on live electrical systems.

**2. Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance**
- **Provide technical support** during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- **Diagnose and resolve electrical faults** in medium voltage systems and automation setups.
- **Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers** to meet deadlines and quality standards.

**3. Compliance & Safety**
- **Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols**, industry regulations, and company policies.
- **Maintain documentation** for inspections, maintenance reports, and service activities.
- **Follow best practices** for handling high-voltage equipment and industrial automation setups.

**4. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong expertise in **medium voltage power distribution systems, protection relays, and electrical troubleshooting**.
- **Experience**: Prior work with **medium/high voltage motors, switchgears, and distribution equipment** is preferred.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to **diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently**.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to **interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical blueprints**.
- **Hands-on Experience**: Familiarity with **electrical tools, wiring standards, and safety protocols**.
- **Automation & Control Systems**: Experience in **troubleshooting electrical faults and automation control systems**.

**5. Job Type & Compensation**
- **Salary Range**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month.
