**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of the company's website and online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for brand promotion.
- Participate in sales training sessions to develop effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations as needed.
- Assist with other marketing and sales-related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we welcome freshers who are eager to jumpstart their careers in marketing and sales.
