We pride ourselves on offering a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes while maintaining high-quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare authentic **Kolkata-style Biryani** with traditional flavors
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food served.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle customer feedback and adjust recipes as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards.
- Control wastage of raw materials and monitor kitchen inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in Indian kitchens.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications.
- Experience in menu development and costing.
- Familiarity with local ingredients and traditional recipes.
**Working Hours**:
- Full-time position with flexible hours. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.
