- To counsel clients about student PR processes of countries like Canada/USA/ Australia/UK/New Zealand etc
- Counselling students about PR available for them overseas based on their profiles
- Facilitating and Managing the PR Process
- Being familiar with and coordinating the PR process for client queries of Canada, UK, Australia, USA and NZ
- Managing and interacting with clients and queries and maintaining a record of the same
- Contacting clients or company associates if any message or information needs to be passed to them
- Record keeping of all clients and their documentation
- Following up with admission team for offer letters, fee receipts, any required documentation
- Attending training sessions organised by various institutions to gain in-depth knowledge about their programs
- Counselling all student walk in’s for available study options as per their respective profiles
- Attending to incoming queires and guiding regarding study options and visa processes
- Following up with positive clients and targeting maximum conversions out of them
- Data maintenance of student information and relevant documents on CRM/ allocated system
