**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our PCD Pharma products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide product/service information and pricing details
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the pharma industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Graduation in pharmacy or any life science field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
