**Shape the world with Vision360**: The Visual Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications Departments goals and outreach activities by creating a variety of engaging and informative content to visually explain strategy, business concepts, company initiatives, and key messages that are clear and compelling for VISION360’s key stakeholder audiences. This position will report to the Director - Corporate Communications and will collaborate across cross-functional departments and business units.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Director - Corporate Communications in planning and executing the company’s corporate communications strategy.
- Conceptualize and design executive presentations, including complex data-based charts and tables, to enhance visual clarity.
- Planning, designing, producing, filming, and editing video content for internal and external communications campaigns.
- Design communication & logo usage policy etc
- Support large-scale, high-quality video production projects.
- Assist with designing graphics and presentations for company events, including quarterly town halls, leadership conferences, and investor relations events.
- Liaise with global and regional marketing to ensure visual consistency throughout all company communication materials in accordance with corporate brand guidelines.
- Manage a digital database of content captured and created for easy access among communications partners.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, as required.

**Critical Skills**:

- **Proficiency using Designing Software like Canva etc is essential**
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Twitter
- Skilled in Canva and other content creation tools
- Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint, including complex data-based charts and tables, to enhance visual clarity
- An exceptional eye for design aesthetics and knowledge of design trends are highly valued
- You should possess a high degree of initiative to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: You must be detail-oriented and committed to upholding quality standards in your work
- Collaborative Skills: You should be comfortable working independently and in small collaborative team environments.

**Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and related expertise.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
