Position: Fleet Executive

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in Logistics Industry

Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Logistics( transport) industry

Location : Pune (Midc Bhosari )

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

- Good Planner and attentive to details
- Problem Solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS-Excel is a must

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Upkeep of all the Company owned vehicles at any given point of time.
- Planning, scheduling and executing Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all company owned vehicles. Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Minimize the incident of on road breakdown vehicles due to poor / no maintenance.
- Planning and announcing the vehicles deployment with respective Branch Managers and concern functional teams on daily basis.
- Deployment of vehicles in accordance of the orders and maximizing the route profitability. Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
- Ensure support to the drivers on the trip and liasioning with RTOs to avoid any conflict between RTO Officer and drivers
- Ensure genuine and quality parts and services are used by Repair Workshops empanelled by Corporate Team.
- Maintain drivers' attendance and submit correct data to Finance for Salary calculations.
- Improve market vehicle viability by improving the performance of own vehicles and reduce cost by various means including more kms per month/driver cost cutting
- Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
- Registering, licensing and Insurance policy dates tracking of all vehicles under fleet management.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
