**ABOUT THE ROLE: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**

**REPORTING TO: Chief Operating Officer/ Owner**

**The role will be good fit if you**:

- Have ability to lead Team and mature to maintain positive and work conducive atmosphere among employees
- Are serious to follow Standard work methods defined by factory and distinguish between production, troubleshooting, trials and innovations

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure production processes are done as per documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/instructions
- Responsible for overall quality of the product
- Build and train a team of operators and oversee their daily tasks
- Troubleshoot problems on the assembly line
- Maintain operator discipline on the shop-floor
- Monitor hourly and daily work of operators and maintain quality and output reports of same
- Contribute to the development of the Document Management Systems and ensure they are populated and maintained

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED**
- BE/ B Tech. Mechanical/Electrical/Production
- Proven track record in Manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
