**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To make outbound calls to prospective students or clients to introduce them to the educational products or services offered by the company.
- Actively engage in lead generation activities by identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone conversations.
- Answering incoming calls from individuals interested in the edu-tech offerings and Record and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets or enrollment goals set by the edu-tech company.
- customer acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and engagement strategies.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**
- Experience in edu-tech is an added advantage.
- Effectively communicate with potential students, parents, or educational institutions.
- Efficient time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet daily or weekly targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other telecallers, sales teams, and support staff to achieve overall company goals.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
