**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for infrastructure issues including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, CCTV.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests from the helpdesk.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure components.
- Perform routine system administration tasks
- Assist in deployment and configuration of new systems, hardware, and software
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related Windows Server services
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes
- Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, CCTV.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware support
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Familiarity with backup solutions, system monitoring tools, and endpoint protection
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- IT Asset Management
- Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under pressure
- Basic Knowledge of IT procurement
Pay: ₹10,002.51 - ₹36,831.82 per month
