AC Milan Football Academy Kochi is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Female Telecaller** to join our team. As the voice of our prestigious international academy, you will play a key role in connecting with parents and students, sharing information about our training programs, and building positive relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain the academy’s football programs.
- Handle incoming queries related to admissions, training schedules, and program details.
- Assist in lead generation and coordination during academy events.
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with parents and students.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand image of AC Milan.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English and Malayalam**.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is an added advantage.
