**Job Title**: AI Operator

**Location**: Greater Noida

**Job Summary**:
The AI Operator is responsible for managing and monitoring AI systems to ensure they function optimally and meet performance targets. This role involves setting up, running, and troubleshooting AI models, as well as managing data pipelines and performing routine maintenance. The AI Operator will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deploy AI solutions that drive business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor AI Systems**: Regularly monitor AI models and systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively, identifying any performance issues or anomalies.
- **Operate AI Models**: Run AI models in production environments, ensuring they are correctly configured and operating as expected.
- **Troubleshoot Issues**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AI operations, coordinating with engineering teams to address more complex problems.
- **Data Management**: Oversee data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity for AI processes, including data collection, storage, and preprocessing.
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously assess and optimize the performance of AI models and systems, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on AI systems to keep them up-to-date and operational, including software updates and system checks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records and documentation of AI operations, including configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all AI operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, including data privacy and security.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in AI operations, system administration, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and system performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
