Independently manage Payroll, Allowances, and statutory benefits - PF, Gratuity, Insurance, etc., and Compliances.
- knowledge of management of Payroll software like Facto HR, and Grey HR will be preferred.
- Implements maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, incentives, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Ability to manage and execute large payroll and payroll related communication processes.
- Ability to also manage strategic payroll execution depending on the changes in industry practices and adopting to latest best practices in payroll management while inducing the latest technologies.
- Leverage available (HRIS system) in preparation of monthly payroll processing and also propose any additions or enhancements to the available tools for best payroll execution.
- Highest compliance standards and highlight the gaps during and after each and every payroll cycle
- Ensuring accuracy and quality of payroll process with mínimal financial Impact.
- Ensuring accuracy of salary inputs received from site HR through proper controls, checks & balances.
- Liaise with finance for arranging funds for salary credit. - Communication and resolution of grievances of employees’ which come as escalation regarding salary and taxation with timelines and accuracy.
- Deep-dives and assimilation on payroll management to Unit HRs for effective execution. and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures payroll related statutory compliances like EPFO, ESI, PT are met
- Facilitates audits by providing necessary records and documentation to auditors.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures and ensuring complete data confidentiality and backups.
- Demonstrate high professionalism and flexibility towards work assigned
- Meeting team deadlines and prioritizing workload
- Take initiative; demonstrate strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: ₹10,929.36 - ₹36,979.29 per month
