**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Schedule and publish content across various social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions and comments.
- **SEO and Website Analytics**:

- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.
- Assist in updating and maintaining website content to improve SEO performance.
- Analyze website traffic and provide insights using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Support the creation and management of PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Assist in optimizing ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor strategies and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on research findings.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects and initiatives.
- Provide support for events, promotions, and other marketing activities as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the marketing department.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
