Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol all areas of the hotel, including guest floors, public areas, back-of-house, and parking lots, to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergency calls, and suspicious activities.
- Liaise with local police, fire departments, and emergency medical services as needed.
- Complete daily reports on activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, and unauthorized persons.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures calmly and professionally.
- Provide assistance to guests and employees in a courteous manner, offering directions or non-emergency support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- High School Diploma; a security training certification is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
