- Managing online sales channels and product listing on TSF and its partner sales channels including Amazon, Nykaa etc., to achieve a +ve MoM revenue growth
- Setting weekly and monthly qual and quant goals and KPIs in line with business objectives
- Planning and implementing revenue growth strategies on new and existing sales channels
- Coming up with monthly industry insights and trends based action plan
- Analysing periodic performance and suggesting improvement strategies
- Live a healthier, more sustainable life

**preferred experience**:

- Previous experience managing e-commerce channels like Amazon/Myntra
- Customer-centric mindset, business-minded, structured, driven and result oriented approach is ideal
- Great communication skills, being able to describe complex information in a concise way to a broad audience
- Strong analytical skills, commercial focus and a strategic mindset
- Deep interest in finding growth potential, quantifying impact, setting and achieving goals.
