**Measurement & Calculation**
- **Take and verify** **accurate measurements** **for residential and commercial spaces.**:

- **Perform** **area calculations** **(SFT & RFT) for projects.**:

- **Ensure all measurements align with** **design and project requirements.**

**Design & Technical Understanding**
- **Interpret and work with** **AutoCAD drawings and 3D designs.**:

- **Assist the design team in incorporating accurate measurements into project plans.**:

- **Coordinate with architects and designers for measurement-related clarifications.**

**Query Resolution & Coordination**
- **Respond promptly to** **measurement-related queries** **from clients and internal teams.**:

- **Work efficiently with the** **sales, design, and execution teams** **to ensure seamless project flow.**:

- **Provide quick solutions to any discrepancies in measurements or calculations.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Graduate**:

- **Experience**:1-3 years in** **measurement, estimation, or technical coordination.**

**Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency in** **AutoCAD** **and 3D design tools.**:

- **Strong** **mathematical and calculation skills.**:

- **Knowledge of** **housing and office space measurements**

**Soft Skills**:

- **Excellent** **English and Hindi communication skills** **for clear coordination.**:
