**Job Title**:Registered Nurse (B.Sc. Nursing)**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Assist in medical procedures and provide pre
- and post-operative care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- 1 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in patient care, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
**Work Environment**:
- Shifts may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Working conditions involve exposure to infectious diseases and potential hazards.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
