Project Supervisor

**Experience**: 1-3 years (Site/Project Supervision)

**Job Location**:Koraput & Bhawanipatna, Odisha (posting may change as per project requirements)

**Salary & Benefits**:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month + Fooding Allowance: ₹3,000/month + Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000/month
**Total CTC**: ₹20,000/month (after PF & ESIC deductions)
- Note: No accommodation will be provided_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day project activities at the site
- Manage workforce and ensure work quality as per project standards
- Coordinate with the project manager and site engineers
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely reporting
- Ensure safety and compliance at the project site

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site/project supervision (preferably construction/infrastructure)
- Ability to handle workforce and site activities independently
- Willingness to relocate within Odisha as per project needs
- Good communication and reporting skills
