Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience and skills)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective leads and follow up with existing clients.
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and evangelize our products and services to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets based on historical data and allocated accounts.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to track project status and maintain engagement.
- Assist in resolving client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Direct qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments for assigned accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience:

- Minimum 6 months in telesales (B2B preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Essential Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
