**Job Description for IT Recruiter**:
**Job Brief:

**Responsibilities: -**
- As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for technical roles such as software developers, network engineers, data scientists, and other IT positions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external staffing vendors, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.

**Required skills and qualifications: -**
- In-depth knowledge of technical job profiles and the skills required for various IT positions is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

**Location: -**
- Noida

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
