- Work experience: 7-9 years in market research OR market intelligence OR secondary research
- Experience in understanding Company annual reports, Quarterly reports, financial statements, Industry outlook reports, Analyst quotes
- Should be able create Company profiles, Chase lists, Executive profiles, Competitive analysis, Account Newsletters using secondary sources.
- Understanding of market drivers, technology services growth areas, challenges of the industry. Understanding of market research frameworks e.g., PESTLE, SWOT, Porter's five forces etc.
- Understanding of Gartner, McKinsey, PwC, Deloitte, Everest, NASSCOM, reports on Industry/Technology growth/outlook.
- Should be able to understand market research requirements and scope the report, deliver on time with high quality of information.
- Work across teams e.g., Sales, Inside sales, Marketing, Competency etc.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Good Communication skills, Writing skills.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Data & AI, Product Engineering and NextGen technologies
- Knowledge of databases like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Everest, Gartner etc.
