**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Injection Moulding Machines according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor the Injection Moulding process to ensure proper machine functionality and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of the Injection Moulding equipment to identify and report any technical issues or maintenance needs.
- Perform tooling changes and adjustments to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions in production.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry-related regulations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of IV products as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs related to machine operation and product quality.
- Follow proper waste management procedures and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
- Report any deviations from standard operating procedures or quality concerns to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- One to three years of experience operating Injection Moulding Machines in an IV manufacturing facility within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Relevant technical education, such as an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Injection Moulding processes, machine operation, and basic maintenance.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
