**Job Title: Webinar & Live Session Host (Full-Time)**

**Experience**: 2+ years preferred
**Working Hours**: Flexible (must be available for evening/weekend live sessions)
**Compensation**: Competitive - based on experience + performance bonus + spiritual growth exposure

We conduct regular online/offline sessions, webinars, retreats, and healing immersions.

**Role Summary**:
As the **Webinar & Live Session Host**, you will be the voice and presence of Wellness Vibe during live digital events and workshops. You will co-anchor sessions with Vibhushri, guide participant interaction, manage energy flow, and create a vibrant experience that represents the soul of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Webinar Hosting & Anchoring**
- Open and close live sessions, introduce speakers, guide audience expectations
- Build connection and hold safe, sacred space for participants
- Conduct real-time polls, Q&A, and chat moderation to keep energy alive

**Session Management**
- Ensure smooth coordination with tech & content teams
- Manage transitions, multimedia, slides, and troubleshooting during sessions
- Support backstage setup and audience onboarding as required

**Audience Engagement & CTA Delivery**
- Present offers, course details, and calls to action during peak moments
- Share success stories, testimonials, and relevant guidance to inspire conversion
- Facilitate post-session follow-ups like thank-you messages or WhatsApp community joining

**Spiritual Alignment & Preparation**
- Study and internalize session themes, sound science, DNA activation principles
- Align with Wellness Vibe’s tone, language, and mission of frequency-based healing
- Stay grounded, emotionally aware, and attuned to the energy of the audience

**Reporting & Optimization**
- Prepare post-webinar reports: attendance, feedback, drop-off points, energy cues
- Share insights for better session design and community interaction
- Coordinate with marketing & product teams for improving conversion journeys

**Key Skills & Qualities**:

- Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + English)
- Strong stage presence, anchoring ability, emotional depth
- High energy with calm, graceful command
- Tech-confident (Zoom, StreamYard, Google Slides, WhatsApp Broadcast, etc.)
- Experience in coaching, training, public speaking, or facilitation preferred
- Interest in wellness, mindfulness, sound, or spiritual growth is a **MUST**

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
