Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:

- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through various sources (website inquiries, social media, referrals, etc.).

2. Lead Generation:

**ENGLISH FLUENCY IS MUST**.

Qualifications:
Education: - A Graduate preferably from a convent School / College. A diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: - Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service, or related roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, particularly in designing itineraries for the Customers, converting inquiries into bookings will be an advantage.

Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with killer attitude.
