Calling customers and getting feedback
- Gathering the list of customers for the necessary feedback calls to be made from various stores as a Feedback Executive
- Calling each customer from the gathered list by asking questions mentioned in the Feedback Procedure Manual as a Feedback Executive
- Understanding the feedback given by the customers and provide appropriate solutions as a Feedback Executive
- Need to share the feedback link to the customers whose feedback is either excellent or very good
- Followup with customers if required as a Feedback Executive
Logging the call details in Google Sheets
- After each call made the log should be documented in Google sheets
- Document the feedback given positive or negative beside each customer
- Document if the feedback is given in the respective online portal
- In case of negative feedback, investigation should happen by calling the necessary people responsible for the product or service
- Provide insights on the feedback on a daily basis to the Business Development Team Lead
Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development Executive
- Successful completion of above-mentioned duties, Feedback executive will accompany telesales process with the Tele sales executive
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
