**Roles & Responsibilities**

**A) Job Title and Position: CLAIM INCHARGE/ WARRANTY**

**B) Job Specification**:
1) **Target achievement on**:

- Ensure vehicle is eligible for warranty as per TML norms.
- Carry out checks and road test along with Video’s as required for warranty per requisition.
- Coordinate with TML team for per and post Warranty Authorization.
- Ensure proper disposing / Scrapping of warranty parts as per TML requirement
- Maintain/ file proper records of warranty parts/ repair order.
- Conducting meetings with workshop & front
- office for safety and normal recall campaigns.
- Coordinating with SM/ASM for recall of open campaign vehicles
- Coordinating with Parts dept. for procurement and availability of campaign related parts.

**2) Developing and Maintaining Relationship**:

- Developing and maintain good relationship with the customer and staff.
- Attend and listen carefully to customer complaints related to his vehicle
- Check previous service history/record for knowing the previous work and discuss internally.
- Follow flow chart and all the processes religiously.

**3) Adherence to SOP**

**Adherence to SOP will reflect in the following areas**
- Maintain cleanliness and Hygienic condition in the workplace.
- Improving and developing communicational skills and customer handling.
- Effective and quality output in terms of increase in vehicles and revenue generation.

**4) Others**
- Adherence to Tata motors norms for best service and quality report.
- Attend review meetings and discussion with the service manager for resolving issues.
- Optimize utilization of papers.
- To maintain self
- health and safety during working hours.
- To adhere to company rules and regulations pertaining to safety, environment and other policies.

**Position Reports to: Service Manager /Asst. Workshop Manager/ Floor Supervisor**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panvel, Raigad - 410206, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
