1. Bom creating in TALLY ERP System.

2. Making Purchase Order (Material and Job work) for Vendor and updating it.

3. Follow up for the same.

4. Vendor development.

5. Maintaining records of the supplier’s Bills (Invoice).

6. Organising transportation for dispatch of Material.

7. Follow up to Transporter for late delivery of Material.

8. Keep the record of all day to day Material which received from the suppliers.( Making

GRN)

9. Invoice submitted Account Department.

10. Communicated and coordinated with accounting department on suppliers' payment

matters.

11. Maintaining and developing an approved suppliers list.

12. Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing

13. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

14. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

15. Co-ordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palghar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
