**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages offered by Visits Kailash.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and other spiritual travel services.
- Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and guide them through booking processes.
- Schedule appointments or callbacks for the sales and operations team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
