**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and engage with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with team members to collectively achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer expert advice to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
- Good communication skills, both English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Continuous learner with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic industry.
- BFSI (preferred)
