**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive to develop and implement effective strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings, driving targeted traffic, and enhancing the authority of our digital assets. The role involves optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, managing off-page SEO efforts with a strong focus on link-building, and staying updated on the latest SEO trends to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements following SEO best practices.

**Link Building**:

- Build and execute off-page optimization strategies to enhance digital authority and credibility.
- Acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach, content promotion, and collaborations with relevant websites.
- Conduct research to identify link-building opportunities aligned with SEO goals.
- Monitor backlink profiles to maintain link quality and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
- Work with content creators to align new and existing content with SEO goals and strategies.
- Use analytics tools to monitor SEO performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to enhance SEO strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
