**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Motion Graphics Editor** to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital media, marketing campaigns, and video productions. You will work closely with other designers and content creators to bring ideas to life and enhance visual storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Animation**:

- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for video, social media, advertisements, and digital content.
- Work with 2D and 3D animation tools to create high-quality visuals.
- **Collaboration & Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop concepts and design briefs.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- **Video Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit video footage to integrate with motion graphics, sound effects, and music.
- Ensure the final product aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **File Management & Delivery**:

- Prepare and export final graphics in various formats for different media platforms.
- Organize and maintain motion graphics files and assets for future use.
- **Keep Up with Trends**:

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and video production.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design or video production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphic projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects**, **Premiere Pro**, and **Cinema 4D** (or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D animation principles.
- Familiarity with video editing, compositing, and visual effects (VFX).
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life through motion.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand project needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with **3D animation** and **motion design in advertising**.
- Knowledge of **color grading** and **audio editing**.
- Experience with **3D software** like **Blender** or **Maya** (optional).
