**Admin & Asset Manager (Plant)**

**Experience : 3 to 7 Years**

**Location : Ahmedabad**

**Openings : 1 Post**

**Qualification**:Any Graduate with relevant experience in Asset & Plant Management**

**Skills : Good Communication skill, Ability to multitask, Technical knowledge & skills**

**Job description**:

- **Prepare and maintain plant-related documents, reports and records.**:

- **Schedule and maintain calendar for plant management.**:

- **Maintain supplies, equipment & ensuring proper functioning of plant.**:

- **Oversee the cleanliness of the plant and office space.**:

- **Assist in budgeting and tracking plant-related expenses.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of plant-related activities and metrics.**:

- **Organize and coordinate plant meetings, training sessions, etc.**:

- **Coordinate with HO for travel arrangements and accommodations for plant personnel, if necessary.**:

- **Assist in maintaining safety records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.**:

- **Support safety training and awareness programs within the plant.**:

- **Track and manage office and plant supplies, placing orders as needed.**:

- **Greet and assist visitors at the plant.**:

- **Identify the need for new assets or replacements and initiate the procurement process. Assist with vendor interactions and procurement, if required.**:

- **Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all plant assets, including machinery, equipment, tools & spare parts.**:

- **Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and prevent breakdowns. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and calibration of machinery and equipment.**:

- **Create and manage budgets for asset acquisition, maintenance and repair.**:

- **Monitor and control costs associated with asset management and administration.**:

- **Implement an asset tracking system to monitor asset location, condition, and maintenance schedules.**:

- **Identify areas for improvement in asset management processes and administrative procedures.**:

- **Implement changes and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.**

**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:
